Meatloaf with carrots and mushrooms

Preparation:
1․ Cut the onions, mushrooms and carrots into small pieces.

2․ Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Sauté the vegetables and mushrooms until they are soft and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool.

Add a little grated cheese and mayonnaise to the cooled filling.

3․ Mix the filling with lightly beaten eggs, a teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic.

4․ Spread a sheet of foil on the table and grease with oil. Place the mince on top and spread out into a rectangle.

5․ Place a layer of filling on the mince, slightly offset to the edges.

6․ Carefully lift the foil to form a roll. Close the foil so that the mince roll is on the inside.

7․ Place in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 50-60 minutes.
