Mushrooms stuffed with meat and cheese

Ingredients:
12 large mushrooms;
1 tablespoon butter;
400 g of any minced meat;
salt to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste;
1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
¼ bunch of green onions;
2-3 cloves of garlic;
200 g cottage cheese;
Italian herbs to taste;
40 g breadcrumbs;
100 g hard cheese.
