Meatloaf with carrots and mushrooms

Juicy minced meat and spicy filling are a perfect duo for a hearty meal. This roll can be served as a second course or as a warm snack.

Ingredients:
Onions 2 jokes
Mushrooms or other mushrooms 400-450 g
Carrots 1-2 pieces
Vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons + for greasing
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Pork and beef stuffing 800-900 g
Eggs 3 pieces
Dried ground garlic ½ teaspoon.
You can add cheese to taste
